I ordered since Nov. 22. Sugarbear changed shipper to PostNord DK and I got a Tracking #. It usually is from DHL though in all my past orders but this one is the 1st from there. Today, Dec. 31, 2022 = the PostNord tracking still shows "No shipment found Either your shipment is not traceable or you entered an incorrect shipment ID." I emailed Sugarbear about this many times to follow-up but there is no response. I followed-up many times via Instagram as well but there is not a lot of progress except that they tell me they are following up with the shipper and that this will be fulfilled by DHL. Well until now, I don't have a DHL tracking #. I don'r get an update where my order is. I have not received this. Sugarbear, where is my order?
