1. What is the SugarbearPRO® Loyalty Rewards Club?
The SugarbearPRO Loyalty Rewards Club is our way of rewarding you for being a loyal customer! You can earn points for every dollar spent, as well as for completing other activities such as following us on social media, submitting reviews, and referring friends. These points can be redeemed for discounts that can be used on future purchases.

2. How do I earn points?
There are several ways to earn points:

• Purchases: Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend.
• Create an Account: Get 100 points just for signing up.
• Follow Us: Earn points for following us on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Referrals: Earn $5 off for referring a friend, and they get $5 off too.
• Write Reviews: Earn points for submitting reviews, with bonus points if you include a photo or video.

3. What can I redeem my points for?
Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. Every 100 points can be redeemed for $5 off your purchase.

4. How do I join the loyalty program?
Simply create an account on our website to automatically join the SugarbearPRO Loyalty Rewards Club. You’ll receive 100 points just for signing up!

5. Do my points expire?
No, your points never expire! You can save them up and redeem them whenever you’re ready.

6. What are the loyalty program tiers, and how do they work?
Our loyalty program has three tiers:

• Tier 1: SugarbearPRO® Fan: Unlocked at sign-up. Get a 1x points multiplier and $5 in birthday points.
• Tier 2: SugarbearPRO® Ambassador: Unlocked after spending $200. Enjoy a 1.25x points multiplier, $10 birthday points, and early access to new products.
• Tier 3: SugarbearPRO® Ultimate VIP: Unlocked after spending $450. Get a 1.5x points multiplier, $15 birthday points, early access to sales, and a free product on your loyalty anniversary!

7. How do I refer friends, and what rewards do I get?
Referring friends is simple! Send them your unique referral link, and when they make their first purchase, you’ll both receive $5 off. You can refer up to 10 friends, and referring 3 friends unlocks a $10 store credit, while referring 5 friends unlocks a $25 credit.

8. Can I earn points for voting or participating in surveys?
Yes! You can earn points by voting in various polls, like helping us choose new product types or flavors. Each vote earns you $0.25 in points.

9. What are milestones, and how do they work?
Milestones are special rewards unlocked the longer you stay subscribed to our subscription program. As you continue to receive your scheduled shipments, you’ll hit milestones that provide exciting bonuses, including free gifts and additional discounts. Here are some examples:

• 2 months: $5 extra bonus points for a referral.
• 6 months: 150 bonus points
• 1 year: A free SugarbearPRO Hair Vitamin bottle.

There are additional milestones at 9 months, 15 months, 18 months, and beyond!

10. How do I check my points balance?
You can check your points balance anytime by logging into your SugarbearPRO account and visiting the loyalty section located at https://sugarbearpro.com/apps/bubblehouse/rewards/ .

11. Can I redeem my points during checkout?
Yes and no! You can redeem your points on the loyalty app page located at https://sugarbearpro.com/apps/bubblehouse/rewards/. This will generate a discount code that you can use during checkout.

12. How do I use my birthday points?
Birthday points are automatically added to your account during your birthday month. You’ll receive a bonus of $5, $10, or $15, depending on your tier. You will receive an email during your birthday month informing you when the points are added to your account.

13. Are there any free gifts available through the loyalty program?
Yes! In addition to discounts, you can earn free products as you move through milestones. For example, when you reach your 1-year loyalty anniversary, you’ll receive a free bottle of SugarbearPRO Hair Vitamins.

14. What happens if I stop subscribing to the subscription program?
If you cancel your subscription, your milestone tracking will pause. However, your points and progress will remain, and you can continue earning points through other activities or resume your subscription at any time.

15. Can I earn points for reviewing products?
Yes! You can earn points for submitting reviews, and you’ll get even more points if you include a photo or video with your review.
