SugarbearPRO Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
1. Overview
The SugarbearPRO® Loyalty Rewards Club (the “Program”) is a free rewards program offered by SugarbearPRO®, Inc. (“SugarbearPRO,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Participation in the Program is governed by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), which form a legally binding agreement between you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) and SugarbearPRO. By enrolling or participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Website Terms of Use.
2. Eligibility
Membership is open to U.S. residents who are at least 18 years old with a valid email address. The Program is for personal use only. Commercial use, resale, or multiple account registration is strictly prohibited. Each individual may maintain only one account.
3. Enrollment
You can join by creating an account at sugarbearpro.com or placing your first order. Enrollment is free. Upon joining, you receive 100 welcome points and become an Insider member.
By enrolling, you agree to receive Program-related communications such as reward notifications, point updates, or exclusive offers. You may opt out of marketing emails anytime; operational notices will continue while your membership is active.
4. How to Earn Points
Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases made directly through our site (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts) plus extra points for select activities:

SugarbearPRO may verify eligibility for point-earning actions and adjust balances for canceled or returned orders.
5. Redeeming Points
Every 100 points = $5 off your next purchase. Points can be redeemed at checkout for future orders. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be applied to taxes or shipping. Points never expire while the Program remains active.
6. Membership Tiers
Your tier is determined by cumulative qualifying spend:

Tier status never expires while the Program is active. Tiers are non-transferable and non-negotiable.
7. Referrals
Refer friends using your unique link. When your friend makes a qualifying first purchase:
- You receive $5 in points.
- Your friend receives $5 off their first order.
Achievements:
Glow Giver – Refer 3 friends → $10 store credit
Glow Getter – Refer 5 friends → $25 store credit
Glow Loyalist – Complete 3 orders → $20 store credit
8. Subscription Milestones
Subscribers unlock milestone rewards for continued loyalty, such as bonus points, discounts, and free products. Example milestones:
- 1 month – 100 bonus points
- 2 months – 1.5× points multiplier
- 3 months – 15 % off (subscription value in points)
- 5 months – 150 bonus points
- 6 months – 20 % off (subscription value in points)
- 12 months – Free SugarbearPRO product (redeemable in points)
9. Account Maintenance and Termination
Your account and all rewards are personal and non-transferable. SugarbearPRO may suspend or terminate accounts or adjust balances for suspected misuse or fraud. If the Program ends, we will provide at least 10 days’ notice, after which all unredeemed points will expire.
10. Program Changes
We may modify, limit, or cancel the Program or any part of it at any time without notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes. Material updates will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Program and all rewards are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, SugarbearPRO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation, including loss of data, points, or profits.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Any unresolved dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration under JAMS in Broward County, Florida. Arbitration is conducted on an individual basis; class or representative actions are not permitted. You may opt out within 30 days by written notice to:

13. Privacy
Participation is subject to our Privacy Policy. By joining, you consent to the collection and use of your data for Program administration and fulfillment.
14. Miscellaneous
- Points, tiers, and rewards have no cash value.
- No points on taxes, shipping, or returned merchandise.
- SugarbearPRO is not liable for technical issues or unauthorized account use.
- New features or benefits are automatically governed by these Terms.
- If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder remains in full force.
