Do you have a subscription where I can automatically receive my SugarbearPRO ® products?
Yes! You subscribe by selecting the Subscribe and Save option to automatically receive your SugarbearPRO® products! You can always edit the frequency, pause, add or remove products and cancel at any time. By subscribing you never have to worry about ordering on time so you don’t run out and you save an additional 5% off each order and free shipping worldwide!
For a one time purchase only, you may select the 'Buy Once' option.

Where do you ship to?
We ship WORLDWIDE! We are proud to ship throughout the USA and worldwide! If you do not see your country at checkout, please shop our international store here.
Domestic
For all USA shipments, we ship via USPS and Fedex. You can track your package from when it leaves our warehouse through its final destination.
International
For all international shipments, we use reliable shipping carriers such as DHL and Fedex. We typically offer both standard and express shipping for most countries.

What are the different international shipping options?
Once your order has been processed, DHL and Fedex Express will typically deliver your order within 4-6 days to your shipping address.The exact delivery time varies depending on your country and is shown at checkout. At times, you may be asked to provide delivery instructions via phone or email. To ensure you receive your package without delay, please provide the best contact phone number during checkout. Your tracking link is included with your shipping confirmation message.
Standard shipping methods delivery times vary depending on your country and are shown at checkout. Once the package arrives in your country, the carrier typically hands the package off to your local post office or a local courier for delivery to you. At times, you may be asked to come into your local post office to claim the package in person. What are your shipping charges?
We offer free shipping for all USA orders. All International orders over $99 USD are also free standard shipping. We also offer Express shipping which is quoted at checkout.

When does the package ship?
Orders are processed for shipment daily, Monday - Friday morning. If your order was placed after 10am EST, it will be processed the following day. Orders placed Friday, after 10am EST will be processed Monday morning. Processing may take longer if the order was placed around the Holidays or on a weekend.
If Friday or Monday was a Holiday, please add an additional day for processing.
A notification is automatically sent to your email once your order is shipped with your tracking information.

How long does shipping take?
USA shipments can take 3-7 days after processing.
International shipments vary by destination and shipping method and are shown at checkout.

Will I be charged duty fees?
Our company is based in the USA. All of our US orders are free of duty fees.
While most of our orders are free of any Import Taxes or Duty Fees, we cannot be held responsible for any taxes, seizures or fees from importing our product. By complying with all local standards and regulations, we do our very best avoid any possible charges your country may assess your shipment. The final decision is made by your country's import regulations. You may contact your local customs agent if you have any questions regarding additional fees on your shipment.
