Return Instructions

To ensure quick processing of your return, please follow these steps:

1. Place your order number in the return address as the example below.

2. Select a shipping method that provides you with a tracking number.

3. Provide our customer service with your tracking number.

'Sender address' should contain:

Here is an example:

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 2 weeks from the date your package is delivered to our facility for your refund to be processed. Any shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must be paid by the customer. We cannot be responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse or any returns lost by carrier. We recommend keeping your tracking number in order to track delivery of your return. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages.
